Among Optral’s many universal and indoor cables characterized by various classes of fire resistance and reaction to fire (CPR), it is worth distinguishing cables made, tested and certified in the CPR B2ca class. This is the highest currently available class of cables used in structured cabling in cubature and industrial buildings where people are present (in particular in escape corridors), but also recommended for use in facilities with increased fire safety, such as tunnels, metro or other underground facilities.
The variety of types covered by the B2ca class allows the selection of the cable to the place and method of installation.
