In response to the needs of the Polish market, we have expanded our offer of composite telecommunications poles (2200N and 4000N) with slightly weaker solutions for lighter fiber optic cables (1600N) and subscriber connection cables (700N). All of the manufacturer’s poles have working stresses given for a deflection of 8% of the pole length. Standard gray, but can also be supplied in wood-like coloring. In particular, these will be:
Composite telecommunications poles FGP-L07 with a conical shape and reduced top diameter (60mm) and a working stress of 700N for a deflection of the pole top of max. 8% of the total length of the pole. They are available in standardized lengths: 7m, 8.5m (on request also 8m and 9m). They are designed for direct burial in the ground. They are available in various colors (standard is gray RAL7032). On request (for justified commercial quantities) they can be made with cable holes or inspection doors in the lower part. They are designed for carrying the pole substructure of an overhead fiber optic cable line carrying self-supporting cables or using an additional supporting cable as through and branch poles to carry light loads of overhead flat fiber optic cables and subscriber connection cables. They can also be used as lighting masts and posts, CCTV camera mounting posts or combining these functions. Thanks to their good rigidity, they are suitable for use from suitable ladders.
Composite telecommunications poles FGP-L16 with a conical shape and a uniform top diameter (120mm) and a working stress of 1600N for a deflection of the top of the pole of max. 8% of the total length of the pole. They are available in standardized lengths: 7m, 8.5m, 10m (on request also 8m and 9m). They are intended for direct burial in the ground. They are available in various colors (standard is gray RAL7032), as well as in several variants of wood-like staining. On request (for justified commercial quantities) they can be made with cable holes or inspection doors in the lower part. They are designed for carrying the pole substructure of an overhead cable line (telecommunications, fiber optic, coaxial, power, etc.) carrying self-supporting cables or using an additional supporting cable as through and branch poles. They can also be used as lighting masts and poles, poles for mounting CCTV cameras or combining these functions. Thanks to their good stiffness, they are suitable for operation from appropriate ladders. They are manufactured with a fairly large base diameter buried directly in the ground (which ensures good stabilization in the ground and high resistance to working stresses). Depending on the needs and class of soil, these parameters can be improved by using additional base beams, foundations or guy wires. They have a uniform top diameter for different heights, which allows standardization of the method of assembly and the type of cable equipment used. All posts are supplied as standard with a top cap, identification plate and a burial depth marker applied with erasable spray to the post surface. Posts supplied in bundles may have a hook hole in the bottom of the post.
