SYNTELCO is a modern sales and marketing agency representing a number of renowned international Vendors and Brands at Polish and Central and Eastern Europe market through a Multi-Vendor Representancy Agency (MVRA) model. Clients and suppliers often perceive us as an outsourced Country Area Manager or Supplier Sales Representative, but our scope of responsibilities and capabilities is much wider and meets the needs of the manufacturers we serve.

Introduction

We are a group of professionals focused on developing the concept of a marketing and sales agency (MVRA) providing sales channel management and development services for multiple brands and manufacturers in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The company's roots lie in import/export, product development, sales, and market development, and its primary focus is fiber optic solutions and structured cabling systems. Therefore, the proposed MVRA model seems like a natural fit, allowing us to leverage our acquired knowledge, contacts, and business ideas into tangible sales results.

Syntelco was founded in 2015, but in sales and marketing (primarily in the telecommunications industry) we've been operating for over 30 years. Since these time we collect expiriences from diffrent point of view: manufacturer of fiber optic cables and equipment, importer and resellers . This period has been full of changes and fluctuations in the industry, driven by new fiber optic technologies, regulatory changes and geopolitical conditions. No doubts, we live in a rapidly evolving telecommunications environment and are still on the edge of new, revolutionary times - related with new incoming concepts like the Internet of Things, Smart Cities and 5G/6G wireless networks. These times are both exciting and very challenging for all parties striving to be industry leaders.

Market changes are impacting the way companies and market participants collaborate. Employment standards are striving to keep pace with the demands of the telecommunications market to offer significantly greater flexibility and on-demand capacity. It's no surprise, then, that remote work, outsourcing, freelance employment, the collaborative economy (GIG), and crowdsourcing are gaining popularity, especially during the pandemic and rapid changes.

At Syntelco, we believe that new times require openness to all new methods of collaboration. Therefore, our offering and agency business model are focused on the specific ecosystem of manufacturers, trading partners (resellers and distributors), and end customers, to flexibly offer all the services needed in the dynamically evolving telecommunications market.

We can complement this ecosystem's service through the agency model with other services derived from our experience and expertise, such as product support in the development and prototyping of new products through our Product Development House (PDH), and consulting services through our Telecom Consultancy Services (TCS). This allows us to offer a completely comprehensive approach to the market, facilitating the localization of products and solutions offered by suppliers to the requirements of local markets, and ultimately significantly better adapting to the needs of end customers, translating into shorter time-to-market.

Product Development House (PDH)

Idea is quite simple – our goal is to offer one-stop place where Customer could found advisory services or even full & complete outsourced support of Product / Solutions Development process. From simple idea or just demands, thru terms & demands collection, 3D model design processing, prototyping, testing up to support in manufacturing or even manufacturing a small batches of parts done in modern manufacturing processes as molding, 3D printing, CNC milling, laser / waterjet cutting and engraving. We care as well about all Intellectual Property rights, support in patenting or any legal process corresponded with Product Development.

Telecom Consultancy Services (TCS)

Our consultants are present on Telecom market more then 20 years. Long time to observe how market was changed by new technologies, project requirements, competition between market players and European or local law regulations. Based on knowledge scored we serve consultancy and training services for Customers from all segments of telecom market. Our proposal fits mostly for all Customers who looking for technical, commercial or legal advisory in telecom industry.
