We are pleased to inform that Cables Especiales de Fibra S.L.U., a subsidiary company belonging to the Cunext Group, has reached an agreement to acquire and integrate the OPTRAL S.A. production unit, consolidating a new stage of growth for the company. From December 1st, 2025, Cables Especiales de Fibra S.L.U., as part of the Cunext Group, will manage all supplies, including orders in progress, guaranteeing continuity and full operational normality.

OPTRAL will maintain its identity, its team and its commitment to excellence, now supported by an even more robust industrial structure. This operation reinforces the quality, competitiveness and solidity of the OPTRAL S.A. brand, a company with more than 35 years of experience in the design and manufacture of high-performance fiber optic cables.
