For over a year, we have been offering paired or quadruple TKD long-distance cables or TKM local cables, reinforced with steel tapes or corrugated sheets, to the Polish railway market. These long-distance cables feature copper conductors with diameters of 0.9-1.2 mm to ensure high throughput in long-distance transmissions. For TKM local cables (XzTKMXpw), the conductor diameter depends on the customer’s needs and ranges from 0.4-0.8 mm (most commonly 0.8 mm in the railway market).
Designed for telecommunications applications and medium- and long-distance railway transmission networks. Armored versions are designed for installation in areas prone to rodent activity and increased mechanical stress (trackside, direct burial, mining areas).
Since June 2026, TKD cables manufactured by the Turkish company ETK Kablo have been available, allowing us to offer competitive pricing, availability, and reduced sensitivity to geopolitical transport disruptions.
